Here's a dead simple recipe from the makers one of our favorite products, Atlantic Sea Farms' seaweed salad (which is so good you may want to increase the amount in this dish). If you have leftover cooked noodles on hand, this dish would be great cold, as well.
8 ounces rice noodles or soba noodles
Drizzle sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, plus more to taste
Chili oil or flakes to taste
Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Toss with seaweed salad, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Top with chili oil or flakes to taste.
Garnish with more sesame seeds and cilantro.
