Boquerones

Boquerones are marinated and ready to eat. They're great on a crostini or over a salad, or as part of a cheese and charcuterie spread.

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Anchovy fillets, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables oils (sunflower, corn and grape pips i varying proportions), garlic, parsley, vinegar and salt

Tender and delicate in flavor, boquerones — marinated white anchovy fillets — are preserved in oil and are a delicious one-bite treat. Ready to eat right from the package, they’re perfect served as a tapas or starter atop baguette slices with a touch of lemon and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
