Florida Head-On Sun Shrimp

Sautéing or grilling the shrimp with the heads and shells still on intensifies their flavor. Try them on the grill or in the pan with some white wine, parsley, and garlic. 

SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Sun Shrimp are chem-free. The growing facility does not use nor destroy sensitive lands. There is zero by-catch and zero destruction of our sensitive ocean beds. 

Florida Head-On Sun Shrimp

Sun Shrimp have a clean, sweet, pure shrimp taste. Grown on a small island off the Southwest coast of Florida, they're sustainably farmed and chemical-free. 

Don’t be intimidated by cooking the whole shrimp. Sautéing or grilling the shrimp with the heads and shells still on intensifies their flavor. Try them on the grill or in the pan with some white wine, parsley, and garlic. The presentation of a whole shrimp is impressive, and you can use the leftover heads and shells to make a flavorful stock.

Sold head-on in 8oz packs, approximately 6-7 whole shrimp, vacuum-packed and super-frozen
