Tender and delicate in flavor, boquerones — marinated white anchovy fillets — are preserved in oil and are a delicious one-bite treat. Ready to eat right from the package, they’re perfect served as a tapas or starter atop baguette slices with a touch of lemon and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
