Atlantic Sea Farms kelp is never dried, never dyed, and is grown in the great state of Maine. Kelp is an ancient food with a brilliant future, improving the quality of the water where its raised and expanding opportunities for fishermen.

Sea-Chi Mild Kimchi, Sea-Beet Kraut, and Fermented Seaweed Salad make great additions to sandwiches and bowls, add depth and flavor to sauces, and compliment seafood, meat and vegetarian main dishes. Try tossing Seaweed Salad with sesame noodles, mixing Sea-Chi into rice to serve with pan-seared salmon, or using Sea-Beet Kraut as a ready-made slaw for fish tacos.
