Dorade

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Dorade

A taste of the Mediterranean brought to your kitchen! Dorade is a member of the sea bream family and can be identified by the golden spot between its eyes. They’re ideal for a whole fish preparation in the oven or on the grill.

Sold as scaled and gutted whole fish, vacuum-packed and super-frozen.
