SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days. 

For boquerones and mussels: SAFE HANDLING— Keep refrigerated. Refrigerated products have an extended shelf life. Once opened, consume within three days.

Boquerones: anchovy fillets, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, citric acid

Marinated Mussels: mussels, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, parsley, citric acid  

Stuffed Squid: squid, breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, onions, raisins, pine nuts, fennel, celery, olive oil, canola oil, parsley, spices

Feast of the Seven Fishes Set

Feast of the Seven Fishes is a popular tradition among Italian Americans on Christmas Eve. This custom was inspired by the Southern Italian celebration called The Vigil (La Vigilia). The meal typically consists of seven seafood courses to break a day of fasting on Christmas Eve.

Ranging from ready-to-eat items (boquerones) to decadent treats (split half lobsters), you can create this classic holiday meal with much greater ease than seven courses implies.

Each set will provide enough seafood for a seven-course feast for 4 people and contains:  

7 oz. package Boquerones 

7 oz package Marinated Mussels 

1 lb. North Atlantic White Fish Pieces for fish soup 

1 lb. Laughing Bird Organic Shrimp from CleanFish, 61-70 per lb., peeled, cleaned and tail-off 

1 lb. Stuffed Squid 

Split Half Lobsters, 2 portions per pack totaling 10-12 oz.  

Whole Branzino, approximately 1-1.5 lbs. each, head-on, scaled, and gutted  

BONUS 2 oz. jar of Wulf’s Bowfin Caviar to serve atop the split lobsters or on its own
