Tail pieces cook up in just a few minutes and they fit perfectly into a bun for sandwiches. Or split the tail down the middle after cooking for a piece that's taco-ready.   

SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Glacial waters from the Norwegian mountains meet the Atlantic Ocean in fjords to create a cold, clear and low-saline environment ideal for raising trout. 

Also known as steelhead trout, these are rainbow trout raised at sea where they grow bigger and fattier than their on-land relations. Its dark red-orange flesh has a rich, buttery taste, firm texture, and a high fat content. Try fjord trout in raw or cooked dishes featuring salmon.
