Golden Tilefish

Tilefish have a delicate, sweet flavor, and the skin crisps up beautifully. Try it pan-seared, broiled or baked.

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Golden Tilefish

As delicious as they are striking, Golden Tilefish have a delicate, sweet flavor and skin that crisps up beautifully. 

Known for their bright, multi-colored appearance, tilefish are found along the Atlantic coast and in the Gulf of Mexico. These fish were caught off the coast of Louisiana. 

Sold in 1 lb packs of skin-on fillet, vacuum-packed and super-frozen. Fish contains a line of pin bones typical to this species that can be removed easily after cooking.
