A king salmon beloved by chefs, now traditionally smoked for an ultra-premium addition to your seacuterie board or morning bagel. Ora King salmon are cured with sea salt and brown sugar, then slowly cold smoked with native New Zealand manuka wood for a rich taste and buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. 

Sold in 3.5 oz packs, sliced, vacuum-packed, and super-frozen
