Stuffed Squid

With these stuffed squid, most of the work is already done for you. Pan-sear them in oil and then simmer them in your favorite tomato sauce, or pan-sear them and send them to finish in the oven then serve with lemon and a generous glug of good olive oil.

SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Wild-caught. US domestic fisheries are highly regulated for the sustainability of wild fish populations.

Stuffed Squid

Sicilian-style stuffed squid make for an impressive dish (with very little effort). The squid are filled with breadcrumbs, raisins and pine nuts for a contrast of sweet and savory. They make a great starter course for a dinner party or a full meal for two.
