Filet mignon — this elegant cut is so tender, so can cut it with a fork! Steaks can be broiled, grilled, pan-seared or cooked sous vide. Lobster tails are flash frozen within 24 hours of harvest to capture the succulent flavor and delicate texture of fresh lobster. Lobster tails can be boiled, steamed, broiled, or grilled.

SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.
