Each set contains:

1 lb Loch Duart Salmon

1 lb Hiramasa Kingfish

1 lb Octopus (fully cooked, just slice and eat)

2 oz jar Orange Tobiko

Plus Sushi Rice, Nori, Rice Vinegar Powder, Sesame Seeds, Wasabi Powder, Rolling Mat, Instructions. 

Sushi Set makes 8 rolls (48 pieces) plus extra nigiri and sashimi

For a different selection of seafood buy the Sushi Kit dry goods separately and pair with seafood of your own choosing.
