SAFE HANDLING— Keep seafood frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days. Tobiko may be stored in the refrigerator.

1 lb Ora King Salmon

12 oz King Kampachi

1 lb Octopus (fully cooked, just slice and eat)

1 lb Large Dayboat Scallops

2 oz jar Orange Tobiko

2 oz jar Green Wasabi Tobiko


Plus Sushi Rice, Nori, Rice Vinegar Powder, Sesame Seeds, Wasabi Powder, Rolling Mat, Instructions. 


Sushi Set makes 8 rolls (48 pieces) plus extra nigiri and sashimi
