Yellowtail Flounder

Yellowtail flounder fillets are thin and delicate. Roll them alone or with a stuffing of your choice and bake them in the oven surrounded with your favorite vegetables or covered in buttery breadcrumbs.

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

A familiar species in our local waters, yellowtail flounder is a mild white fish with a flaky texture. The fillets are thin when spread out flat and lend themselves beautifully to rolled and stuffed preparations.
