Delivery and Shipping
All orders now ship via UPS. Local Express Delivery has ended (as of Friday, August 5, 2022).
Shipping charges, and free shipping minimums, via UPS are calculated by zones. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure that shipments arrive the same week they are sent out and maintain required temperatures in transit.
NEW SHIPPING RATES FOR ZONE 2 + 3 (effective11/1/22) — To ensure orders arrive frozen, all orders to Zone 2 and Zone 3 ship overnight. Due to the rising cost of shipping, increased shipping rates for those zones are now in place. There is no free shipping for Zone 2 and Zone 3.
Zone 2 — Flat rate $85 overnight shipping
Zone 3 — Flat rate $105 overnight shipping

Orders Ship Frozen, Because It’s Better
All orders for Home Delivery have been individually vacuum packed and super-frozen. We do this because we believe it’s the best way to give you the highest quality product, preserved at peak freshness, and available on your schedule.
Fish is packed in an insulated box with dry ice and a temperature indicator for your safety. Fish may arrive partially thawed and is safe to store in your freezer upon receipt.
Defrost product in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. Once defrosted, use within three days. Caviar will defrost quickly at room temperature and may be consumed immediately.
