This is why we've partnered with Route insurance and have opted to cover the premium for our customers. Route insurance offers a speedy and easy claims process in cases of carrier transit delays, lost packages, and theft.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the condition or the contents of your order, please follow the follow-up email sent by Route to start a quick claims process. If you need assistance, please contact customercare@wulfsfish.com or call 1-888-WULFPAK immediately, and we will do our best to offer an appropriate solution. We may ask that you provide photos of the product and the damage reported to help us assess the issue at hand. We will always make things right if a product arrives compromised—whether that’s spoilage, freezer burn, damage in handling, or anything that prevents it from being the quality we stand behind.
If you are reporting a concern with product thawing during transit, you must file a claim through Route or contact Customer Care within 12 hours of the time that UPS delivered your package.
Customers accept full responsibility to monitor tracking information received via email at time of shipping throughout the delivery process. Wulf’s Fish and Route will assist in lost, delayed and stolen packages but are not responsible for neglected packages and any user errors related address and shipping information. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the time of delivery to receive the delivery. Wulf’s will not be responsible for replacing items due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
If our team has determined we did not give you our best, we can issue you a credit towards your next purchase or provide you with a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, as we are dealing with perishable products.
