Orders placed by 7AM daily between Monday through Thursday will ship that same day.
Orders placed after 7AM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders for Home Delivery have been individually vacuum packed and super-frozen. We do this because we believe it’s the best way to give you the highest quality product, preserved at peak freshness, and available on your schedule.
Fish is packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Fish may arrive partially thawed and is safe to store in your freezer upon receipt.
Defrost product in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours before use. Once defrosted, use within three days. Caviar will defrost quickly at room temperature and may be consumed immediately.
