Coming from the coast of Senja, Norway, north of the Arctic Circle, these salmon thrived in high flow, high oxygen waters that result in a mild, clean flavor with exceptionally high levels of Omega 3 & 6. This is the perfect salmon that balances sustainability, quality, and organic eating.

SAFE HANDLING — Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.
