This might be one of the easiest and most impressive lobster dishes you’ll ever make. Ready in under 35 minutes, it delivers all the decadence of a restaurant-quality meal with almost no effort. The lobster claw and knuckle meat are already fully cooked, so all you need to do is sauté pillowy gnocchi in butter, add garlic, parmesan, and fresh herbs, then finish with a bright squeeze of lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simple, elegant, and satisfying.
Open and drain the defrosted Maine lobster claw & knuckle pack. Set aside.
In a medium pan at medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place the uncooked gnocchi in a single layer in the pan and sear until both sides of each gnocchi are lightly browned. This can take up to 10 minutes. Take the browned gnocchi out and set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, melt the butter in medium heat and whisk until it turns frothy and browned.
Add the gnocchi back in with the heat turned down to medium.
Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, and salt to taste.
Mix in the cream and the grated parmesan until well-incorporated.
Fold in the lobster claw & knuckle meat for a quick warm up. This will take only a couple minutes. Don't overcook the lobster!
Sprinkle in chopped parsley and add freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon right before serving.
