Grill or broil whole snapper or steam them in foil packets. To steam, enclose the fish in foil with soy sauce and aromatics and steam in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with fresh herbs like scallions and cilantro. Serve with rice on the side.  

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Red snapper is a beautiful fish with its rosy color and shimmering scales. They swim in waters all over the world. Ours are caught in the Gulf of Mexico. 

These stunning snapper are the perfect size for 1-2 people. Their white flesh has a nutty flavor with a subtle brine, and the vibrant color will make them an alluring centerpiece for your dinner table. Grill or broil these fish, or steam them in a foil pack with soy sauce and aromatics like garlic and scallions. The succulent meat will pull easily away from the bone to serve. 

Sold 1 whole fish per pack, 16-24 oz. approximately, vacuum-packed and super-frozen. Whole red snapper are head-on, scaled, and gutted.
