SAFE HANDLING — Caviar and roe will keep unopened in the refrigerator for 30 days. Once opened, consume in 4-7 days.

Wulf's Tobiko

Flying fish roe, popularly known by its Japanese name "Tobiko," is an essential topping for sushi rolls and other Asian dishes. These tiny eggs from the tropical flying fish are highly revered for their extremely crunchy, pop-in-your-mouth texture.

The unique texture and very mild taste, makes tobiko great for adding a little crunch and color to a dish, without overpowering the flavor. 

Tobiko is available in orange and wasabi green. 

Sold in 2oz jars 

*Tobiko may arrive frozen after being shipped with dry ice, and it will defrost quicker than you can chill the Champagne. There is no loss of quality.
