Bluegrass Soy Sauce is brewed in small batches using only whole Kentucky-grown non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and limestone filtered Kentucky spring water. The soybean mash is then fermented and aged in re-purposed bourbon barrels. These sauces are smoky with hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
The Ponzu Sauce uses the Bluegrass Soy Sauce as its base then it's combined with fresh lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, and a hint of Kentucky bourbon to create a beautiful balance of sweet, salty, and citrusy flavors. It's perfect for sushi, poke bowls, or a nice dressing for a salad topped with seared salmon.
Sauces are sold in 100 ml glass flask bottles.
