SEAFOOD INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

The Role
Work alongside the existing sales team to provide outstanding customer service and engagement with customers. Our ideal candidate will always uphold the ideals of our company while constantly striving to generate sales. Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve quickly throughout the day as the seafood industry is constantly changing. Attention to detail is a must. Saturday shifts will be required. 

Qualifications
Must be fluent in English, able to read and write.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Great communication & computer skills are a must.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.

Experience in seafood and/or sales not required.

We are willing to train the right candidate. 

Commitment 

This is a full-time salaried position plus commission.

Will work from our office at in Boston’s Seaport District

Marketing Assistant

The Role 
Wulf’s Fish is seeking a marketing assistant for our e-commerce division. This is a great opportunity to be part of a young division with a small team and a strong growth plan. The marketing assistant will support the executive team and gain exposure to a broad range of marketing and communications initiatives, especially digital marketing, email marketing, and social media management.  

The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. They will bring their creativity every day to help build the Wulf’s Fish brand in Boston and beyond. 

Project coordination — Work with other members of the team and external agencies to pull together the information and design elements needed for content development, advertising, events and more. Participate in brainstorms for the next great content series or promotion. 

Email marketing — Assist with production of the twice weekly newsletter for home cooks, a monthly subscription newsletter, and other targeted campaigns to cultivate the brand and drive revenue. 

Social media management and digital creative — Create video reels and content series for social media. Assist with posting and maintaining social media accounts and promotions. Engage with audiences on social media. 

Marketing administration — Tasks could include: ordering supplies, coordinating print runs, organizing shared drives, mailing list maintenance, researching partners and media lists, etc. 

Writing and Editing — Projects could include: writing product descriptions, writing introductions to recipes and editing recipes for style, promotional copy for the website and digital ad campaigns, proofreading copy for content and style, press release writing, creative briefs for design projects. 


Qualifications 

Knowledge of food and a passion for the subject is essential. No prior seafood knowledge is required, but you must be eager to immerse yourself in the topic. It’s infinitely varied and detailed. 

Strong visual storytelling skills — someone who knows how to find the interesting angle in any topic and can jump in to generate creative for various applications. 

Strong proofreading and editorial skills — ability to work within a style guide and keep a close watch on the details both in copy and visuals. 

Must be a self-motivated problem-solver. This is a fast-paced startup environment. 

Experience promoting brands or causes online a plus. 

Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo, or a willingness to learn the platforms and their apps. Proficiency with social media advertising a plus. 

Proficiency with Adobe Suite and the ability to do basic photo and document editing a plus. 

Experience  

Previous experience in a marketing communications role, including internships, is desired but not required 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant

The Role

The delivery driver/ warehouse assistant works with production and packaging crew on day-to-day operations.

Responsible for warehouse duties, including: the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling etc. in a safe and efficient manner.

Delivery of fish to customers’ homes and businesses in and around the Boston metro area. (Driver’s License Required).

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse pulling shop orders and loading trucks as required with a forklift.

Self-motivated -- Can keep busy cleaning and organizing warehouse when not engaged with other tasks.

Forklift training will be provided.

Commitment 

This is a full-time position, paid hourly based on experience

Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 7am- 3pm

Fish Cutter — Full-Time

The Role 

Wulf’s Fish is seeking an experienced fish cutter to join our team. 

 Qualifications 

Experience cutting all types of fish preferred. 

Attention to detail and the quality of your work is a must. 

Experience in all phases of shipping and packing is a plus. 

Must be willing to perform other warehouse tasks as needed. We are a small shop, and everyone pitches in to get the job done. 

Must be able to work on your feet and lift 50 lbs.  

Commitment 

This is a full-time job.  

Must be willing to work when needed (6 days). 

Must be able to start work early in the morning (5:30 or 6 AM).
