Raised on healthy, thriving pastures and in open air barns, these full blood Tajima Wagyu x Black Angus cattle thrive in a low stress environment with familiar faces, farm-grown grass and grains, and minimal transport, so there is no need to use hormones or antibiotics. As a result, the beef is a celebration of exceptional marbling and depth of flavor.
