Ready to poach, sauté, or grill, this raw Maine lobster meat offers succulent texture, sweet flavor, and countless culinary opportunities. Cook half lobsters in the oven or broiler at 400 degrees until the meat is just cooked through, dotting the top with butter in the last minutes.

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

1 lb packs of shelled claw and knuckle meat, vacuum-packed and super-frozen

1 lb packs of shelled tail meat, vacuum-packed and super-frozen (contains 5 tails)  SOLD OUT until further notice

Twin tails, raw in shell lobster tails, vacuum-packed and super-frozen (10 oz package)

Split raw half lobster in shell, two per order (10-12 oz per order) The claw and knuckle meat of the lobster is included tucked into the shell.
