Red Snapper

Red snapper is a beautiful fish with its rosy color and shimmering scales. They swim in waters all over the world. Ours are caught in the Gulf of Mexico.

Their white fillets have a nutty flavor with a subtle brine. Red snapper is especially delicious when grilled or pan-fried with the tasty skin on.  It's also great for sushi and crudo.

Sold in 16 oz packet of skin-on fillet, vacuum-packed and super-frozen
