Split Half Lobsters

Split half lobsters are raw and must be cooked before consuming. Bake them in a hot oven or under the broiler with a generous pat of butter, and they’re ready in minutes.  

SAFE HANDLING— Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging and defrost in the refrigerator 8-10 hours before use. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use within 3 days.

Split half lobsters offer an elegant presentation that’s easy to prepare. Each guest can have their own lobster that’s ready in minutes with just a quick trip to the oven. The meat has already been loosened from the shell, so there’s no messy shucking required. 

Serve them topped with your favorite caviar, to take them over the top. 

Split half RAW Lobster in shell, one per order (8-10 oz ) The claw meat of the lobster is included.
